It turned out very good. We were very pleased. He did it in a very timely fashion. His professionalism was very good. He also put soffets and gutters in too. Also, when a few shingles fell off, he came back and replaced them. It was a good job.

Roof was due to replaced as it was 22 years old. Dave Wagner roofing also replaced our 2 skylights, all the gutters and downspouts and the vinyl siding on the front of the house. Much of our neighborhood had been impacted by a hail storm so there were many, many contractors doing work in the area. A  number of our neighbors had referred me to Dave and I was very glad they did. We watched throughout the summer and fall as many of the contractors doing work in our area, many from out of state, were doing sub par work and taking a long time to do it. Our experience was much different. Dave showed up to provide an estimate as scheduled and spent a fair amount of time on the roof looking things over. Dave is very personable and professional and I felt very confident going with him to do the work. Dave has just one crew and they have been with him for a number of years, something hard to find. The work was performed fast and professionally. It only took 1 day to removed the old roofing materials and and another to put on the new one. When I would come home at night there was almost no indication that they were even there as they would clean up after each day. Everything, the roof, skylights, gutters, downspouts and siding was done really well. I recommended Dave Wagner roofing to a number of my neighbors without hesitation.

Overall very pleased. The quality of the roofing work was excellent. They utilize the highest quality techniques and materials to their work, taking the extra time to do the job like they would on their own home. They did a good job fixing some warpage spots on my roof as well. I also had them replace my skylights and they did a great job. If you have extensive landscaping near the house like we have, then you need to make sure they take a little extra time protecting it. We had some minor damage from the work. In all fairness they had a challenge with our property layout and roof pitch. I would recommend them to anybody!

Good Overall experience

He came when he was supposed to and did what he was supposed to and left. His price was good compared to other roofers and this was the reason I chose him. There were other prices which were a lot higher. He was professional and did a good job and my roof is not leaking anymore. I would use him again in the future.

Polite, reasonable price, did the work quickly, responsive to requests, cleaned up after themselves. What's not to like?
