They always answer my call, are effective and cordial. A good outfit to deal with overall and I would use them again.

Fine. They set traps for $200 from home Depot and pointed out areas of entry in the house to my contractor. I wasn't there to witness what they did but I needed them and they did assuage the tenants concerns. I think they charged a lot for what they did but it seems like service calls are getting into that price range.

I was totally satisfied with the professional work Burke Pest Control did. My case was received professionally by the office staff, a reasonable appointment date was arranged, and the representative not only showed up, but showed up on time. I watched as the services performed was done, and was impressed with the work being done and the helpful explanations that accompanied the work. I highly recommend Burke Pest Control for your needs. So many "professionals" in many fields of service, do not live up to professional standards, Burke Pest Control did.

Two gentleman arrived early, asked me where my problem areas were for ants and spiders, then walked all over the house and yard with me inspecting and providing me with suggestions on what I should do in the garden of the house I recently purchases to help control pests in future. Once they had looked over everything, they explain where they planned to spray, and what chemicals were going to be used. When I remembered halfway through the treatment that i'd seen a number of ants in one of the bedrooms, they made sure to addresses this room. All together it took the two of them about two hours to inspect and spray everything.
When, a week later, I noticed some of the ants had returned, Burke was very helpful and scheduled a time to take care of everything.

They were excellent and they did a great job from start to finish. They told us what they could do and they handled it right away.

I called this morning and they were at the house by 1:30. Service Tech was wonderful! Very polite and informative about what he was looking for in finding the problem with the ants. Also he was very good at explaining how the treatment worked and what to look for in the future to keep the ants at bay. They will be coming back to spray the exterior of the property. I will be calling them for service at the beginning of the season next year.

We had some flooding in the area that brought in some rodents that we had not seen before. They come out monthly and re-bait the traps. So far I have not seen any. I think their price is a little high.

Called in the morning with an emergency request to have them deal with an ant problem that was holding up other work being done on a replacement deck. They were able to have someone come at lunchtime and take care of the problem right then.

They were wonderful. The price was high, but it was a necessary thing. I needed the service done and they did it well.

We have not had any mice in the area since their visit. However, we often went two or three months without seeing any evidence of mice in that area. I would recommend this company for its services, but remember that mice are difficult to get rid of.

They are fine and I like them. I will use them again in the future.
