No bumps or hiccups. Stayed true to estimate. Any time we had a question it was always answered the same day. We didn't have an electrician or know any plaster workers, everyone that Kraig brought on board was absolutely fantastic! we made sure to get their name and numbers should we need them again. They are speedy workers, we were amazed at the timing of the project from start to finish! Nothing but professionalism with Kraig and Kraig, this is our first home and we had no idea of where to go or who to use, they set the bar very high! We had 2 other contractors look at the job and so happy we went with Brigham! We will definitely be recommending them to our friends amd family and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I couldnt be more pleased with Brigham builders. The work, the price and this contractor are fantastic. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, for the price he quoted. He was in continual contact with me throughout the whole process.... I called once in a panic on a Sunday night and he got right back to me. His work was completed more or less on time. There were a few delays, but given the amount of work theses guys have in this area now, the wait times were reasonable. He dealt really well with all my changes and had great suggestions. If he had to charge me for something extra, he would discuss it first. All the guys he brought in for specialty work did as good a job as he said they would. When my own pick of an electrician failed, Kraig brought in his guy who straightened everything out for me. They were clean and professional. Overall, if you need someone who will communicate with you, deal honestly and fairly and do a good job...this is the contractor you want.
