B & D EXHAUST WAREHOUSE

I had the original muffler and exhaust system on my 2002 Caravan replaced on 9/22/2010.  Then late last year it started making a lot of noise.  I took my car back to B&D and they replaced the whole system of which I had to pay for the exhaust pipes - the muffler was free on lifetime warranty.  It made a louder noise than the original, but they assured me it was correct.  I took it back on March 11th at which time they replaced the muffler and said they would not do it again, that there was something else wrong with my car causing the muffler to overheat, and that the one installed was the correct size.  I had taken my car to a mechanic to have it all checked out and I was informed that there was nothing leaking, but that the muffler was the wrong size.  It was only about 1.5  feet long when it should have been 3 foot long. I told the mechanic what B&D said the one they installed was correct and they would not replace any more.
I have since had the exhaust system replaced with a lifetime muffler warranty and it sounds just great!  And I have no desire to deal with B&D in the future.
