Allen and his crew were punctual and professional. Allen provided several references beforehand and explained every part of the process with great detail and patience. The job was finished in 3 days. He did a quality job above what I contracted him for at no additional charge. The upturned earth sunk, which he informed me would happen. I called him and he returned in a timely fashion to backfill after he had already been paid. I am very pleased with his job so far as there hasn't been water in that area even though it has rained heavily, and he has lived up to his reputation of standing behind his work.
