They were horrible. They sent out one of their people to my place only after weeks. He was here for an hour and a half taking notes and pictures. He was pretty thorough at doing this. He told me about the damage to the foundation and that he required a structural engineer to come out. He had no idea how long it was going to be and my whole concern was would it be able to hold through the winter. I could have had the foundation fixed but he kept delaying it and giving me a hard time. It was weeks before I could get a hold of him again and by then it became too cold to do it. He was very rude over the phone. He did not let me get started on the rest of the flooring repairs and continued waiting for the engineer. I had to redo most of the damages on my own. They were not all that late in coming out. They sent me a check which was more than I expected. I would use them again in the future as I have no choice.
