ACM was recommended to me by a coworker who has had him do a lot of work over the years.  Tony runs the business and typically does all of the work, plus usually brings a helper.  He was a great guy and did excellent work for an excellent price.  I won't even call anybody else next time - Tony is my plumber now, no doubts about it.  He gave me a quote that was significantly lower than some area competitors (the chains/franchises are always pricey and don't ever seem to be as accommodating).  The final price came in right around that quote, even though the tub I bought required some tricky non-standard connections that Tony couldn't have planned for.  On the day of the job, he talked me through everything in detail so I'd know exactly what he was going to be doing - made me feel like I was part of the process.  During the job we discovered that the tub I'd selected needed a hard to find fitting.  Tony made some calls and found the part for a good price, but it wasn't available for a week.  He worked as far as possible, then came back the next week with the new part, didn't even charge for the 2nd trip.  He installed all the rough-in plumbing before we put the walls and fixtures in place, then came back a couple months later once we had the bath tub and sinks in place to make all the final connections, and test for pressure, leaks, temperatures, etc.  Several times during the day I stepped out of the house to run to the store, and felt completely comfortable leaving them alone in our house.  He worked very efficiently, got the job done quickly, and made sure I was completely happy and answered all of my questions before he left.  Really an awesome experience.
Overall the whole process with Tony/ACM went flawlessly - I couldn't ask for more.  I have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends, and he'll be the first and only person I call next time I'm in need of plumbing.

We are happy with him. It’s been excellent. His name is Tony. He is very responsive and professional. We got involved with him because we had our kitchen redone a few years ago and he was one of the sub-contractors that the main contractor to do our kitchen used and ever since then, we have called him whenever we have any kind of plumbing issues. He is always quick to come over. The work is always great. He won’t compromise his principles. We did have a question on something and he said he would not deal with it because the current configuration was not right or was not based on code. We trust him a lot. The experience of furnace installation by him was again very good. He installed it within one day. It was middle of January and it was freezing cold but he got in and out in one day and we have had no problem since then. Yes, I would use him again in the future.

They were very good.  Young men came, and they did a very nice, quiet job.  They cleaned up.  They were very efficient.
