My experiance was great. I will be calling Tom back in about a year to "clean up" my laptop and keep it running at top efficiency. I rely on my computer to run my small business using QuickBooks, keep my personal files and pictures. I am now using the laptop to download and view movies from Netflex, which I couldn't do before and the image and speeds are superb! Tom also responded promptly with answers to my questions via e-mail and by phone, even in the evening and on weekends. He worked at the problems until they were all fixed.

From start to finish Tom was very professional. No matter whether I phoned him or emailed him, he answered my many questions promptly and completely. After the initial charge of $150, he did not charge any extra for all my questions. About a month later I managed to break one of the CD drives. Tom came the next day and replaced the drive for a very reasonable fee.
