Our company offers our clients the peace of mind that their loved one is being taken care of while they are not around. The TLC companions are the best in the business and are able to provide light housekeeping services, assistance with daily tasks, meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with errands, as well as friendship. Many elderly people that live alone feel lonely. Companions relieve this feeling and become true friends with their clients. There's bad service, then there TLC. Contracted them on 6.12 for service to begin on 6.16. They emailed me a patient assessment form of 4 pages, I filled out and faxed back. Called on 6.15 to confirm service, told everything was in order. It wasn't. 90 minutes after their no-show, I called Greg again, it wasn't his fault because the girl was out sick and I was lost in the shuffle. Then he hung up because he didn't like "my condescending tone". DON'T CALL THEM! You'll get lost in the shuffle and met with attitude. You've been warned.
