 + -1 moreA few weeks after the hurricane hit, one of our neighbors found Tony from Spea on the street. I think they were working in one of the apartment buildings down the street. I was very reluctant to hire someone without referrals, but it was impossible to find anyone to do work in Long Beach at that time. I have to say, I am so impressed with our progress. Tony promised us we would be one of the first to finish and we are! The work is not 100% done, but we had a furnace and hot water the first week of Dec. We are down to finishing touches, and so far, the work has been quick and neat. We are very happy with the subcontractors Tony has used. Also their office is very accessible. When there was a scheduling problem, it was pretty easy to get a hold of someone, and get info. I will update when the job is finished, but so far we are very happy.
Description of Work: We are hurricane Sandy victims, and needed our whole first floor renovated.SPEA contracting put in a new hot water heater, furnace, A/C compressor, electric panel and wiring. They also put in new sheet rock and spackled for us, and put in a new garage to interior house door.
