Bryan and his team of Jose and Miguel were recommended by a local, highly respected company that sells a wide array of wood flooring.  They did an excellent job.  They explained exactly how, when and why things would be done, including great suggestions on the direction of the flooring pattern.  They came on time and performed meticulous craftsmanship in installing the flooring and refinishing existing wood.  They vacuumed and cleaned every day.  They removed our carpeting and bundled it neatly so that it could easily be picked up by our sanitation service.
We could not be more pleased.  This is the way such projects should be handled.  Moreover, the price for the work was very fair (considering that we had one estimate that was double the amount).  We would not hesitate to recommend this company to others (as long as it doesn't interfere with more work that we expect to give them when construction on other parts of our home are completed).  This was truly a job well done.  If all contractors performed this way, Angie's List would be out of business.
