Tom is an artisan. This was not a basic pond installation.
He worked on this in the same way a sculptor would work on a piece of art.
He delivered a product that was 50% better than what I thought it would be.
I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor at any time in the past.
He did exactly what he said he would do. He did it exactly when he said he would do it.
I would recommend him with 5 Stars to anyone who needs a water feature.

They were prompt, timely, and efficient in accomplishing the total refurbishing of the two ponds and run. They took particular care in seeing that the fish were not injured while they were working on the two ponds and then replaced them in the pond after they were finished with their work. I can definitely recommend Tom and his crew very highly. The ponds came out better than expected. Now we enjoy the fish and waterfalls while eating or just sitting relaxing on the patio.
