 + -1 moreTom is an artisan. This was not a basic pond installation. He worked on this in the same way a sculptor would work on a piece of art. He delivered a product that was 50% better than what I thought it would be. I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor at any time in the past. He did exactly what he said he would do. He did it exactly when he said he would do it. I would recommend him with 5 Stars to anyone who needs a water feature.
Description of Work: Design and Install a Pond complete with waterfall. 6' x 8'

 + -1 moreThey were prompt, timely, and efficient in accomplishing the total refurbishing of the two ponds and run. They took particular care in seeing that the fish were not injured while they were working on the two ponds and then replaced them in the pond after they were finished with their work. I can definitely recommend Tom and his crew very highly. The ponds came out better than expected. Now we enjoy the fish and waterfalls while eating or just sitting relaxing on the patio. Description of Work: Tom and his crew rebuilt two Koi ponds, the run between the two ponds and two waterfalls and added a third waterfall. They relined the upper pond and part of the lower pond and the run and added the proper rocks and stones. They also added a new pump and biofilter for the ponds along with the necessary tubing and electric line.
