Description of Work: His inital bathroom remodel came out great for us, we hired him a year and a half or so later for siding,gutters,a new patio, stoop, walkway, driveway and new fencing. We agreed on a price gave him a deposit and the started, estimated start to finish was 4-6 weeks. It was an abortion from the start. 24 weeks later and being overly patient and considerate (my own fault) i was left with a wrongly done dirt driveway, no fence on the property and a basement that takes on water because he couldnt understand drainage or the that a house with no gutters dosent do well. He cheaped out in every aspect of sub contracting the job out. It wasnt a finanical issue becuase before stopping communications with me or my wife we said if the budget isnt enough then let us know what you need. After the house looked like a zombie house we had to hire a driveway guy to correctly dig and fill our driveway and pave it, hire a fencing guy to fence the property, the cake topper to completely unside the front the house and jnstall flashing and reside it again. I tried contacting chris again and he said he would pay for the repairs for the front siding, give him 2 weeks, then a few more weeks and now its dead aire again. He also destroyed another friends home and hes out much worse finanically in his dealing with the same results. What a loser
