JP MAINTENANCE CORP PLUMBING & HEATING

About 2:30am I woke up to the sound of gushing water from my bathroom. I went it and the water was gushing out the bottom of the toliet tank. I shut the water off. About 8:30am I called and spoke to a man who acted friendly and understanding.He advised he was working somewhere in the morning, but would come in the early evening. He indicated he may be done early, and would call if he could come earlier. So I waited, 5, 5:30, 6:00....About 6:30pm I called him to find out if he was still coming,or if he had been delayed for some reason. It went to voicemail. About 15 mins later I called and it went to voicemail again. I left a message asking him if he was stilling coming, and if he could call me back either way to let me know. I never recieved a phone call back from him, nor did he call the following day. If he was to busy he should have said so in the morning and I would have called some one else. If he was unable to show up, he should have called to advise me. The following day I contacted another pumber who was there within a 1/2 hour and fixed the problem.
I was extremely disappointed by the lack of consideration, and professionalism . What is even more asstounding to me was when I spoke to him in the morning he asked me how I found him and I said Angie's List. Apparently he never of thought of the possibility I might write a negative review. To date he has never contacted me.

very well. he came, checked out the problem, solved it and didnt overcharge me. am a satisfied customer. i would call him again.

They were professional, knew their work, did it well, were good company and charged MUCH LESS than others would. He was going to charge me $300.00 but I decided it was too low for the work! Excellent!!

We had three leaks which were identified and repaired the same day.
I had called John in the morning and he was in the city on another job . He called me later that afternoon and said that he could stop by on the way home to look at the leaks. He came by, found the problems and did the repairs. We were very pleased with the work and even more pleased that we have found a reliable plumber that we can call again if we have another problem. John was professional, pleasant and a delight to have in our home.The job was done quickly, quietly and neatly.

My mother had a kitchen sink leak and I was headed out of town the next day. I needed to have the leak fixed before I left town. I called Angie's list from my phone and the service gave me the names of 3 plumbers in my mother's area. I called the first one and he had an answering machine, I called the next one and they had a service, then I called J. P. Maintenance and he immediately picked up the phone. I was able to tell him my problem. He said he had a couple of other jobs but could be there that evening and although he was a little later than expected, he fixed the leak so I could leave town with piece of mind. Additional work will be required to repitch the drain, but he said that could be done at my convenience. He knew his job, was quick, his truck had all the needed devices, he was neat and very professional and personable. He said his business employs mostly family members.

The price was 400 less than the local quote. He later on hooked up a gas dryer for me. I would recommend him and use him again. I am considering him to do a new bathroom for me.
