GMG takes shortcuts and the results show it. They did an A/C compressor and blower replacement. They also replaced some metal duct work with soft duct work. They simply loosely stuffed the soft duct work into the blower housing without any collar or duct tape. It fell out easily and sucked dirt in from the attic. In another area, the round soft duct was attached to a larger rectangle opening and there was a large opening where the cold air was blowing into the attic. The compressor base was installed on WOOD that would rot. I replaced it with slate. When I informed the owner the installation was bad, he replied “my expectations were too high”. I am having someone else correct the work as they can’t be trusted. I have PICS if you want. They also did not apply for the necessary town permit. They finally did and repeatedly said they would send it and the final town sign-off. Nothing was sent and I picked them up. So, check their work and permits.
