First Call Communications

I had 1 ethernet port that was broken. It was installed by an electrician who was subcontracted for my apartment renovation. The contractor and electrician couldn't fix the port. They hired a second networking company who was not good and also could not fix saying it would be major work to rip open walls and replace the wire.
I called 1st call to see if they can do something. I spoke to 5 different companies 4 of which I found on Angie's list and 1 from a contact. First call impressed me on the call with his knowledge of the problem and pretty much figured out what was wrong over our conversation. (Although he did say he had to confirm with his equipment.) 
In person, he was extremely knowledgeable about the technology and came prepared with expensive and high end tools that let him diagnose the problems. (The previous technicians did not have these tools.) He found the mistakes made by the electrician pretty much immediately and fixed them.  
He offered an extremely fair price and was honest and a pleasure to work with. Showed up on time and delivered results as promised at a terrific price.

Mike and Sean From 1st Call Where Great!!!!! They are very respectful men who lived up to the estimated price and went over and above our arrangement at no additional cost. He installed 4 new cat6 cables in our office/ warehouse. Also repaired 2 Cameras that haven't worked for 3 months and didn't even charge us for it. Our appointment was for 830am and they were actually 5 minutes early, which was a nice surprise. Total time for the work was about 5 hours and for the most part our employees didn't even know they were there. I can't say much of anything on the negative side . Next time we need network cabling or camera work I know who I will be calling. its First Call. Also they lived up to their motto of "Make us your 1st Call and It will be your last" and it was the truth. Great Price,  Great Guys and A Great finished product. Couldn't be any happier.
