Experience was great. Very Professional. Made sure all areas where work was done was spotless at end of each work day.Worked with the plans I had designed for the closet space I envisioned. Will definitely call again for future construction work and Highly recommend.

Tony was right there when he said he would be, his crews always showed up on time, and the work was done beyond our expectations. Tony and his partner Bobby demand more than perfection from their subcontractors, and they get that. In addition, Tony was there for the inevitable problems that crop up. For example, due to an error, probably on my part, the mason was given the wrong blueprints for the foundation. It was poured 6" too small in one direction. Tony came over, looked over the problem, and had the mason return and fix the problem without a hitch. Another problem involved a window that needed to be taken out of the plan. Rather than a huge deal, Tony just had his framing crew set it up so the window could be covered over with zero problems. Everything was "no problem" with DeMar. They were actually competitive with their pricing, came in almost exactly on estimate, although slightly over time, due mostly to town inspectors delaying things.
