We had intermittent service for some months that worsened. Cablevision sent a tech who found the issue quickly and had us back to a reliable service state within a hour. Overall, their broadband service has been improving over time.

The quality of service is good. I'm not pleased with anybody's cost. Every time they turn around, it costs more money. They are forcing us to have boxes on every TV in the house, and they charge you for every box you put in. I don't have much choice but to keep using them. They are a monopoly in the town.
