He "repaired" old cap after new cap has already been paid for. Refused to clean chimney, claimed problem was with another duct connecting to chimney. Regardless of what he thought the best course of action was. I took advantage of a promo advertised on Angie's List and ordered it online and paid for it online. The services I paid for should of been rendered and they weren't.

The cap you had was still fine and was able to be repaired. The type of cap you would need IF you were to get a new one would have been much costlier for you, and NOT what the coupon covered anyway. 2. We could NOT sweep the chimney because it was venting a "non authorized" (and code violation) fixture. If we did sweep the chimney it would have pushed dirt and soot into this appliance. This could have caused a problem for you. We did explain this to you at the time. We are very sorry if you misunderstood. *We will be happy to give you a refund, or you can request one from Angie's List, and we will explain this situation to them. Please let us know how we can help in this matter."

Ageless Chimney was very responsive and professional. They called to confirm appointments, arrived on time and did a great job. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. I was a little apprehensive as many chimney companies are not as advertised, but Ageless Chimney was a great company to work with.

FANTASTIC!!! Christian & Lewis did a GREAT JOB!!! Clean, neat, couldn't have went better. They were meticulous & performed their work like surgeons! It's a shame chimney companies on the whole get a bad rap, but these guys & this company were more that perfect! You would do well to hire them if you need this kind of work done. No hesitation, would hire them back in a heartbeat if need be!

Perfectly! They arrived exactly when they said they would - after my email to them to schedule a time via Angieslist, they responded within a day and we coordinated. The day before my appointment, I received a call confirming my appointment and then I received a call the day of, an hour before they arrived. Start to finish they were done within 30 minutes, and at my request, being my first wood burning fireplace, he gave me a whole rundown of the dos and don'ts to safely have a fire. Work looks great, would recommend!!

Masonry work on chimney could have been cleaner and a few brick joints could have been done better but, overall, a good job done by some nice guys.

they kept wanting more money than the deal...finally got another $25.00... The cap is on and that's all I could afford... Everything else was at least $400.00 They took photos of the top of the chimney for me and PROMISED to send them to me that afternoon. THEY DID NOT keep their word...

Bob and his crew did a grade-A job on re-pointing the front facade of our home.? They arrived on time and were very professional and hard working. ?They took care in putting up the scaffolding and cleaning up to the extent possible afterwards--a very dusty job so impossible to clean everything. ? I will be using Ageless again for a couple of future jobs and hope to see the same crew again so I can thank each of them?for the job and care they took in working on our home. ?Thank you again!

Bob and the crew were very professional. I had a question about one of the bricks and Bob came back to look at it. Cheryl is very nice and keeps you informed if they are running late. Would definitely use them again.

The outside of my chimney was cracked, with pieces of concrete falling, and in need of repair. I submitted a request for estimates on repairing the chimney.
Ageless Chimney responded the next day, offering a free estimate. I received estimates from two other companies. Ageless Chimney was the lowest, so I chose them.
From the first e-mail with Cheryl, to the completion of the job performed by Bobby and 3 other crew members, professionalism was their main attribute. Messages were answered promptly, my appointment was set to accommodate my schedule, they arrived on time, were pleasant, completed the job and cleaned up!
I am very pleased with my "new" chimney, and would definitely call upon Ageless in the future!

They were very nice! The secretary was very nice and helpful. It was a 3 day job. I met Wilson on the first day and they were all very agreeable and helpful in keeping my project within my budget. It was a very enjoyable and great experience from start to finish and I was very pleased with the finished project. Great job!
