They were good. They came when I called. Their price was what they advertised. I think they did a good job. Price was fine. They were fine.

Perfectly! They arrived exactly when they said they would - after my email to them to schedule a time via Angieslist, they responded within a day and we coordinated. The day before my appointment, I received a call confirming my appointment and then I received a call the day of, an hour before they arrived. Start to finish they were done within 30 minutes, and at my request, being my first wood burning fireplace, he gave me a whole rundown of the dos and don'ts to safely have a fire. Work looks great, would recommend!!

Masonry work on chimney could have been cleaner and a few brick joints could have been done better but, overall, a good job done by some nice guys.

These guys do an excellent job. Their prices are very good and the work performed is great. They are very attentive and thorough. Have recommended them before and will continue to do so, as they will not disappoint.

they kept wanting more money than the deal...finally got another $25.00... The cap is on and that's all I could afford... Everything else was at least $400.00 They took photos of the top of the chimney for me and PROMISED to send them to me that afternoon. THEY DID NOT keep their word...

Bob and his crew did a grade-A job on re-pointing the front facade of our home.? They arrived on time and were very professional and hard working. ?They took care in putting up the scaffolding and cleaning up to the extent possible afterwards--a very dusty job so impossible to clean everything. ? I will be using Ageless again for a couple of future jobs and hope to see the same crew again so I can thank each of them?for the job and care they took in working on our home. ?Thank you again!

Bob and the crew were very professional. I had a question about one of the bricks and Bob came back to look at it. Cheryl is very nice and keeps you informed if they are running late. Would definitely use them again.

The outside of my chimney was cracked, with pieces of concrete falling, and in need of repair. I submitted a request for estimates on repairing the chimney. Ageless Chimney responded the next day, offering a free estimate. I received estimates from two other companies. Ageless Chimney was the lowest, so I chose them. From the first e-mail with Cheryl, to the completion of the job performed by Bobby and 3 other crew members, professionalism was their main attribute. Messages were answered promptly, my appointment was set to accommodate my schedule, they arrived on time, were pleasant, completed the job and cleaned up! I am very pleased with my "new" chimney, and would definitely call upon Ageless in the future!

They were very nice! The secretary was very nice and helpful. It was a 3 day job. I met Wilson on the first day and they were all very agreeable and helpful in keeping my project within my budget. It was a very enjoyable and great experience from start to finish and I was very pleased with the finished project. Great job!

My brick house, chimney, and bluestone walkway was in a state of disrepair as the mortar was falling apart. Bricks were loose and I was afraid of further damage. I found Ageless Chimney on Angie's list, gave them a call and spoke with a pleasant woman named Cheryl, set up an appointment, and met up with Christian who gave me an estimate of 3 days work at a fair price. They were courteous, thorough, and answered all my questions. They were diligent when work started, acted professionally and friendly throughout, and generally did impeccable job on the repair. In the course of the job, they found that one of my walls was in danger of falling down, and rebuilt that wall (at added cost, which is fine as I do not expect free labor), and afterwards, the wall looked amazing. Exceptional service, professional, and high quality work.

Bobby and crew were awesome. Professional, on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very fair / honest. They were very clean too. The work was of very high quality and they did exactly what they said they would. I will use these guys for all of my chimney and masonry needs. A great company!

I have finally found a chimney company I can rely on. Ageless chimney is a professional and reliable company. I reached out to the company through Angie's List. Within a day they called my husband and set up an estimate date. Sherwood arrived to our house at the scheduled time. I was thoroughly impressed and so was my husband. He got up on the roof and gave us a thorough inspection and recommendation of what our chimneys needed. We've had a reoccurring leak in one of our chimneys. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell a bunch of unnecessary work. He gave us a couple of different options that could work for the leaking chimney. Sherwood really took his time and gave us written quote of what we agreed upon. The following day we spoke with his office who scheduled an appointment with me. We also received a call the day before the job was to be performed. Unfortunately, it rained the day the job was to be performed and we had to reschedule. However, the office called first thing in the morning and rescheduled. Again, I was impressed with their reliability and communication with us. The woman in the office is a pleasure to speak with. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. It has rained twice since the chimney repair and we have not had any problems. The chimneys also look great as well.

These guys were great! A few days after cleaning, I heard noise in fireplace (sounded like something fell into fireplace). Thinking it was maybe a bird, I called company. They sent someone the next day to check it out! Could not find anything, haven't heard the noise again, all is good! Nice to know a company really does have "Customer Service"!

I purchased an Angie's List promotion to repair my Chimney. I was promptly contacted by Ageless Chimney and they came to estimate the work on time. Their quote was competitive and I save a little by purchasing through Angie's. The job was scheduled and the work was done exactly per schedule. The quality of the work was exceptional and they did many extra things for me! I asked them for a recommendation for someone to repair my driveway and they said that they could do that job too. Their price was competitive. Again they arrived on time , and the work was done with exceptional quality! I wish I had more work for them to do for me. They are a pleasure to work with and I recommend them highly!!

The inspection revealed a bit of wear and tear on the chimney and had a it lined and bricks reported job well done

Technician (sherwood) was great, friendly, punctual and outlined serval options to take before making commitment to go ahead with a wood burning insert. Cheryl (at the office) was also great to deal with and called to give me a shorter window than what they had outlined- which is huge . overall great service and will use and recommend them to others.

The company is excellent. They returned calls, and Cheryl from the office made sure that she called to let me know that they were on their way. All of the work was explained and Sherwood gave me the estimate. I had compared other companies, and their price seemed reasonable, so i said that I would like to set up a time for the work. He said that he could do the work right then, and even though I was without power due to a downed tree on the block, they set to work and accomplished the job in about an hour. They were pleasant, honest ,informative, professional and neat and I highly recommend them.

They confirmed the appointment the day before and then called 20 min before they arrived to let us know they would be there on time. The workers were all professional and courteous. They took the time to answer any questions I had and walk me through all of the work when it was complete. Overall we were very happy with the work.

I scheduled a routine chimney sweep for $75, on a perfectly functioning fireplace. I was told I needed $3,850 dollars worth of work. I said no thank you and the chimney sweep was acceptable.

I paid for the special. They contacted me right away to schedule the appt and were pretty accomodating to my needs. They called to confirm, they came within the time window promised, they called ahead to say they'd be there in 15 mins and they were finished in probably 10mins, 15mins tops. They were polite and professional. I would definitely consider using them again.
