His son was with him and his son is the one who did the job. It worked for a few days then it stopped. I had to keep lighting the pilot light. I called them and they came back out. They came out and tried to fix it. When he left, he said to call him if it stopped working. I called immediately and he said he would get back to me. All together it has been a month and I just got a call today. He asked if we were still having problems, we said yes. He said he would make a few calls and he would call back, but hasnt 6 hours later. He just isn't very professional and is inconsiderate. He shows up in the morning unannounced when I was still in my night clothes. It was uncomfortable. This has been over a month and the issue is still not fixed and communication is poor.

I paid Sears to have the old tank removed. The installer was not prepared to change the size of the exhaust pipe at the time of installation, which they indicated was required by building code. Since they needed go come back ( said they would call soon to schedule ) they said they would remove the tank at the same time. I have yet to hear from them.

Called them up the day before mentioning my water heater was 16 years old and needed replacing. He was able to schedule an appointment the following day to have it replaced. I was impressed how quickly he was able to find a water heater and schedule an appointment the following day. He recommended Bradford White for a water heater. I figured I would go with his suggestion because my Bradford White lasted 16 years. I was hoping he would show me more what to do for maintenance but overall I was happy with the experience. He was able to install the new water heater in about one hour.

Again I was totally pleased with the work performed.

HE'S ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS, WE HAD A GOOD TIME WHILE HE DID THE JOB. I BOUGHT THE PARTS AND HE INSTALLED IT. HE HAS A HELPER WITH HIM USUALLY, BUT HE DID MY WORK ON HIS OWN.
