I moved into an old house in the village a week before Christmas and started noticing a backup in the sink a few weeks later. My realtor suggested a friend of hers take a look at it. I called him and he gave me the name of Russell Plumbing. I gave them a call on a Friday afternoon late. They came out Saturday afternoon and had taken care of the problem in less than an hour. They were helpful. friendly, efficient, prompt and took care of the problem quickly. It doesn't get much better than that!

Very prompt and professional. Just a man and son company but they are very reliable and responsive. Clean up after every job and didn't leave anything behind. Even take their shoes off before they come into your home. Would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Kevin Russel, the owner of Kevin Russel Plumbing, called me back while he was on vacation. I felt that was awesome. He would have come off vacation and helped me if I had asked. He did extra work that he didn't have to do, and he didn't charge me for doing it.
