Description of Work: Mark DiVincenzo is the property manager for Chautauqua4rent. He does not keep up with his properties and he is not honest or reliable.He also refuses to return security deposits and keeps it for himself. He is extremely unprofessional, childish and finds joy in making fun of people with disabilities. I would not recommend him to anyone i know that is looking to rent or needs assistance renting their properties. I have lots of pictures to back all this up, and i can send them at you request. I also have the report from code and the health department.
