Great tree was down in a week. After several calls, email & leaving messages no response from anyone. Seven weeks later someone finally called and i asked WHEN WILL U FINISH THE JOB. Horrible customer service, no class at all

Contacted Tim on Thursday October 17th to get an estimate $150 - $200. Contacted him on Saturday to schedule a time to remove it and he was in Falconer at that time and arrived about 5 minutes after the call. He told us because stump was rotten, it would only be $100 and asked if we would take care of the mulch generated by the removal. About 20 minutes later the stump remover was there and mulching the stump out. Took about 15 minutes and job was done. I would definitely recommend this business and use them again. Would have given and A+ on everything but that was not an option.

Arrived as promised. Went and introduced himself to both neighbors to ensure they were aware of work to be done. Work completed in 2 hours with clean-up and chipping of ALL debris. Tim Lutgen was personable, professional and I heartily recommend him.

It went very well. Tim appears to be new in the business and willing to work with new customers. He seems to supervise his crews well and have adequate equipment.
