Trap Heating & Air Conditioning

We arrived home from vacation in the evening to discover flooding in the kitchen. I turned off the main and called a contractor friend for the name of a good plumber.  He recommended that I contact TRAP heating and air conditioning. The call was answered immediately and we made arrangements for him to inspect the home the next day. John Fielding, the owner, arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem quickly as a cracked fitting on the dishwasher due to the cold temperature. He did not charge me for the call and we arranged for me to call him again once I purchased a new dishwasher.







John  arrived a week later to install the dishwasher and he worked methodically and carefully. He was there for two hours and I thought  his total cost for the initial diagnosis and the installation was very reasonable. .He  is obviously competent and also very polite and pleasant.







I am glad that I used John Fielding and I will recommend him to people in my office since many of them complain about not being able to get competent and reasonable plumbers. He installs heating and air conditioning systems and all phases of plumbing so I feel very confident in recommending him..

 Initial service call was 2 days later than promised.  We called (on a Saturday) to report the continued problem and have not received any followup or return call as of Monday afternoon.
