Mr. Lepre is very professional. He handles all jobs, large and small, with equal care and precision. He started the jobs on time and ended in a timely fashion as well. He takes extra care and is very attentive to details. For example, when he saw I did not have Carbine Monoxide monitors he quickly rectified that situation. His pricing is fair. I am very happy with the service he provides. Also, the staff are very professional. I will definitely be calling him back for more work. I highly recommend Mr. Lepre.

As a woman home owner, I highly recommend R. Lepre Construction. Mr. Lepre's WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF! When he says he can do all jobs big and small, it is no exaggeration. Excellent craftsmanship and skill is demonstrated by all on the team. Mr. Lepre is professional, conscientious and thoughtful in his assessments and his application and service. His prices are very fair and balanced. Every job was completed on-time and in an expeditious and professional manner. Mr. Lepre and his team are meticulously neat! They take extreme care to leave everything in good order. The entire team from the plumber, electrician and painters are professional, courteous and highly skilled.



In 2010 a full working bathroom was constructed in my finished basement. It took only 3 weeks from start to finish! I was impressed with the speed and mastery executed to complete the job. The bathroom is about a 5 x 10 with a prefab white shower stall, comfort height white toilet, one GFI, an exhaust fan, 30 inch entrance door and 24and quot; vanity. In the foyer to the bathroom, new walls were framed and sheet rocked, using moisture resistant sheetrock, to conceal foundation, furnace and hot water tank. Also a 36and quot; door was installed for access to the burner room.



Also installed was a kitchen style sink outside of the laundry room in the basement. In this area we installed one oak 30and quot; base cabinet as well as a 12and quot; upper cabinet installed over the sink. 18and quot; porcelain floor tiles were installed in approximately a 300 square foot area. The final result was beautiful!



In 2012, I converted my attached garage into beautiful living space. The room is approximately 19' x 20' We raised the floor and got rid of the garage steps that led into the main foyer of the house. A two tier ceiling was created to hide the place where the garage door hung. Mr. Lepre installed 6 high hat light fixtures, and he also suggested we install French doors. These are beautiful! I never would have thought of adding them. They make the room look even more elegant and bright. The room has a very large closet space with lots of wire shelving for storage.



I have a garden in the front of my house, and I needed the water hose to connect in the front, because it was previously on the back wall of the garage. He raised the garage floor and extended the water pipe and put the faucet on the left front side of the house, That worked out perfectly! Then in the beginning of winter before the first freeze, he came back to my house to show me how to bleed the pipes dry of any water before the cold weather came. Now this is something he is not required to do. Because he takes great pride in his work, he makes sure that things run smoothly before and after completion of the jobs.



In 2013, I expanded the bathroom on the main floor. This took about 4 weeks. The original bathroom consisted of a sink and toilet. The room was fully gutted, and a full working bathroom was constructed. An Italian porcelain tiled shower stall was added by converting a large deep near by hall closet into a shower. I was going to put a prefab shower in there, but Mr. Lepre recommended we use porcelain tiles and install custom-made glass doors. Of course, he is a master at tile design, and the result was perfect! He used 12and quot; porcelain wall tiles and 2and quot; floor tiles. The result was much more beautiful than I had ever imagined! I love it!



Mr. Lepre also installed BEAUTIFUL sliding patio doors. The funny thing is that I had a full complement of drapes that hung at the original doors before the job was started. The drapes also had an elaborate valance and a curtain rod with additional sheer panels. When the installation of the new doors was completed, he replaced all the drapery and HE PUT EVERYTHING BACK EXACTLY THE WAY IT WAS before the start of the job! When I came home I couldn't even tell that anything was done, because everything was put back in its original place! He vacuumed the carpets and everything. I was really impressed with this.



I want to mention that many times I was not on site while the work was being done. I was actually in my office at work! However, he and his workers treated my home as though it were their own! This was greatly appreciated!



R. Lepre Construction is excellent. I am delighted with all my home improvements.

Rob and his crew completely remodeled our master bathroom. Before any construction started he showed us pictures of completed jobs in order to better understand our taste. Along with this he was able to explain which were the costlier options were looking at. Once the decision was made to proceed, we agreed on a price. The next step was the demo. The doorway was closed off with plactic to keep the dust contained. Once all was removed , he had us approve a set up for rhe toilet, shower, bathtub, and vaniity. We were involved with the process from strt to finish. Rob and his crew behaved in a professional manner at all times. Completion was a thing of beauty, far exceeding our expectation. We have recently sold our house, and everyone who came to view our home were very impressed. I believe it was one of the selling points ofour house. I would not hesitate to use R. Lepre constuction for our next project.

Everything went smoothly from concept to completion. Mr. Lepre listened to our ideas and made a few suggestions we would never have thought of. The work was done in a timely manner and every day he and his crew were here, they cleaned up whatever area they had been working on, never leaving an unsightly or hazardous work area. We were completely satisfied with the work that was done and the professionalism of Mr. Lepre and his crew. We have been thoroughly enjoying our and quot;newand quot; home since then and have just contacted Mr. Lepre again to add a sunroom to the back of our house.

He is just unbelievable. We have used him since 2010 for various projects. He is extremely conscientious about the work. He is very neat and organized. He is fairly priced and very good on timing.

My husband and I hired Rob after our previous contractor started but did not complete the job. Rob and his crew were pricey, they charged $500. per day but rarely worked a full day. Often they only worked a few hours and left early. After removing the sheetrock from our den, the crew decided to renegotiate the price of the job. Because this was right before Christmas, we had to agree with the cost... My husband discovered that some of the workers were taking food out of a spare refrigerator and hiding the food wrappers in the back of the freezer! I definitely would not recommend this company to any one else.
