Doug and his partner did great work. They first stopped by on a Thursday to assess what was needed. We had removed a 1 hole sink and replaced with a 2 hole sink. We needed all the plumbing rerouted for this new configuration. We also had a new faucet and garbage disposal to install. They came back Saturday morning. All in all, the job took about 3 hours. Cost was about $300. Its like looking and working great.

Both Plumbers Doug and Russ both showed up on both days ready to work. They knew exactly what they had to do and began the work immediately upon arriving. I was stunned when Russ presented me with a lost piece of jewelry he found behind a stove. It showed me how honest these men were. Not just that, but there were a few valves that they needed to complete the job which we didn't have on hand. Doug advised me he would go to his plumbing supplier and pick it for me so that the job could be completed on schedule. As far as the job went, these two men wouldn't leave until they knew it was done right. They tested and explained everything to us and we were very pleased with the service they provided. We now have a beautiful functional bathroom with no leaks thanks to Doug and Russ. They will be getting any future plumbing business I may have.

Both men showed up on time as promised . They assessed the situation and said that they could install it. The guys from Home Depot just looked at the area and said " WE can't install it cause everything is connected in floor and is covered up in basement ceiling". Well Russell and Doug didn't have a problem. Took about an hour and they kept the price the same as estimated on phone. My wife and I were happy with their service. Would use again.

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. The men arrived on time and obviously knew what they were doing. In addition, I had obtained several quotes and theirs was the best. All in all, i was very pleasedith these people and would not only use them again for my own plumbing and heating needs but, would definitely recommend them to others.

JEM PLUMBING IS KNOWLEDGEABLE IN WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH WHAT THEY PUT INSTALLED. THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB. THEY DID THE RIGHT THING.
