Plans were not completed on time, then he disappeared leaving me with plans that could not get a permit. Had to pay another architect for the plans, which had multiple points of failure from the town. After complaining to the NYS Office of Professional Discipline who regulate licensed professionals, promised refund of amount required to get plans completed by another architect. I allowed for a payment plan over 10 months, got exactly 2 payments and have not been able to contact him again.
