My prior inspector when I purchased my home were useless. In order to prioritize my repairs I opted to have a new inspection. I hired WIN Home Inspection and it was the best thing I could have done. Rich was very professional and thorough. He went through the house inspecting everything and explaining what he was doing along the way. His report left nothing out and was very easy to read. Rich Bodendorf from WIN Home Inspection was very professional. Rich took his time to lookover everything high and low, inside and out. Taking time to consulting with us about every problem big and small and answered all our question. Made recommendation on fixing or replacing problem items. My apologies for very late review here. I somehow overlooked this and just became aware as I went to contact Rich again. Rich was extremely helpful to me in guiding me on some home improvement projects at my mom's house. Getting an inspector's opinions on things was very helpful in helping me decide what projects were priority, how they might effect resale, etc. I would highly recommend him.

Rich was professional, timely, helpful and knowledgeable. We had an inspection completed at a house we are purchasing. Rich took his time and explained everything to me. He pointed things out to me that I never even thought to look at or consider. Rich took his time and even reiterated to me things that I didn't completely understand. I only have good things to say about Rich, he not only did an extremely detailed home inspection but he also saved me some money. I actually thought my first home inspector was good but Rich can easily beat him hands down. Along with his detailed home inspection he is also very knowledgeable in the field of home inspection. Highly recommended, hands down!

I researched home inspectors extensively. The inspectors that I spoke with ranged in price from $325-$800. I spoke to inspectors who told me horror stories and some that didn't seem interested at all. When I spoke to Rich I knew that I wanted to give him a try. He answered his phone right away (good sign), he was flexible with our appointment needs and he was priced very reasonably (especially for what you get). Rich spent hours inspecting our house and provided us with a full finished report with color photos within 24 hours of inspection. We were very pleased with his work.
