Beautiful job . Extremely neat and excellent caulking all around the tub. Sorry we waited so long to have it done.. the bathtub walls look brand new.

Excellent service from beginning to end! I have used The Grout Medic twice and Amir and Mohamad do an amazing job at bringing your tile back to life so it looks brand new again. They are the best at what they do and are honest, immaculate and do the job on time and exactly what you agreed to have done. I recommend them with the highest of praise.

I’ve used Amir in the past. Have always been happy. I actually called Artisan originally because I didn’t remember who I had used and didn’t see him come up on Angie’s List. This was a real estate flip and when I contacted Grout Medic, Unlike Artisan who called me 4 days later, Grout Medic got back to me immediately and did the job the following day. Artisan called back and the job was already completed. Amir’s worker was friendly, informative and did a great job and most importantly met my time schedule. I recommend the, completely and without reservation.

Hired Grout Medic to re-caulk grout - Grout was applied in a way that caused water to not flow off properly creating a grout problem. Hired Grout Medic to repair chip in bathtub - Was told that chip can be repaired with paint. Then paint didnt match. They paineted half the tub to fade the color in. less then a year later the paint is peeling off.

It was an okay experience.  I wasn't thrilled with their customer service, it was just weird. I think that they did good work, but you have to check the work to make sure that you are happy with it before they leave. The workers were nice, helpful, and made sure I was happy. They did what I wanted. They did the actual job I hired them for. They did that well. They need to work on perfectionism. I called the Grout Medic to do re-glaze my tub and another company showed up. I called Grout Medic to confirm, and this guy says that they merge with the Grout Medic and that they do the tub reglazing for this company, and the Grout Medic does the tile and everything. I called the Grout Medic to confirm, they never called me back, instead the tub people called me back.  I called the Grout Medic to get  a receipt for the work in case it needs to be repaired or, if there is some type of warranty on it. I never got anything or heard back from them. That's the situation I'm not happy with. I called one company and another one shows up and I never hear back from the original company that I called.

Amir came over for estimate and explained job to me . His partner Ansar arrived a week later on time and was courteous and did a fine job .

First I'm quoted a price based on a full day's work. The actual work was only 2 hours. While yes 2 men showed up 1 of them did minimal work. In addition I was told the entire bathroom would be regrouted and it was only a very small portion of the bathroom that was actually worked on. When questioning this I was informed that bathroom did not need full regrouting. If this was the case then the price should have been readjusted. Not only was it not adjusted but when I tried to reach out to the owner he did not call me back. Extremely dishonest and I'm very unhappy with the work.

They arrived timely on the scheduled day and upon pulling out the tile discovered mold. Because of this, the old tile had to be replaced and the mold removed. The new quote was $1100 (which I considered reasonable) and the entire project took a total of two work days. One day to remove the old and place the new tile, and the second to grout it. Overall, I'm very happy with the work done. The bathroom looks great and the workers were very courteous and professional They even cleaned up the bathroom after they were done.

Couldn't be happier with both Amir and Ansar, they were both in to do the work which took a day because doing all the work restoring the work between the Terra Cotta brick size tiles was time consuming. Amir did the kitchen and Ansar the halls.  Amir came to price the job and he was very professional and it was clear he knew his work. We scheduled for a few weeks in advance as I was doing other renovations, I put a $100 deposit down and when the day came the guys were there bright and early. They got to it right away and the focus was the work, not a lot of banter or joking around you often hear when you have people in doing work and you wonder if they are concentrating on the job at hand or whatever other distracting things they are talking about that have nothing to do with it.
This was a time consuming job and Ansar left just before 5pm. I'm picky and noticed a couple of items (literally a grout issue and two paint issues along one side of three tiles among the literally hundreds they worked on that day) called Amir up and within 24 hours and appointment was made for that week, Ansar came and in under an hour it was perfect. No fuss, no hassle.
I think the price was quite reasonable given the fact that the job they did restored three complete floors in my home and made them look like new - a heck of a lot cheaper than replacing them! My wife always hated the Terra Cotta floors because she said the tiles looked so dark and dirty - but it was really the grout and once they steamed and painted the grout a light grey its was a completely different very clean look.
I would most definitely recommend and use them again.

Workmanship is excellent. Obvious pride taken in their work. Punctual, neat and courteous. The entire job tok 4 hours. I would highly recommend them!

These guys are the way to go. They may be a bit more expensive but the work is quite good. Of equal importance they stand behind it. About two weeks after they did the job a tiny hole opened up where the caulking around the tub meets the tile. I contacted Amir and within a couple of days he scheduled a visit to fix the small hole. He simply missed it as did I until i noticed it during a shower. 
Thank you Amir for a good job and staining behind it. I would recommend you to any of my friends!! My bathrooms look like new!

I read every single review of this company (on Angie's List especially, and elsewhere) in addition to reviews about other similar companies, prior to calling the Grout Medic of Nassau County South to come to our home for a (free) estimate.  I was Amazed with all the strong positive comments that I'd read.  And that is exactly the kind of service that we needed and hoped for when we finally invited Amir, and his tech Answar, to officially help us.  They were not only punctual--with good communication throughout the entire process between co. & client--but they were divinely sent.  Our bathroom should have been on a before and after print commercial.  All normal nay-sayers have been thoroughly convinced that they are worth their weight in gold.  Now hopefully part of our leak will be stopped due to their fine workmanship.  We absolutely needed an expert craftsman to assist us work grout miracles and that is what we got.  THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!  It appears that, we waited all these years, for YOU! 

Suggestion to future customers:  I put a lot of very small little purple sticky notes (like the "sign here" stickies size) ALL over the bathroom.  I knew my wall's holes well after looking at them for years; some problem areas I only discovered later when I double checked though before they came while clearing everything out of the bathroom the night before.  Do yourself a favor and take a minute to precisely identify (for you/them) where your walls/tub/etc. need extra help before they come.  Also, I read in prior reviews to investigate all work prior to the workers' departure.  That was sage advice b/c everyone is human, and it is hard for them to come back, so be politely pro-active before they leave.  9.9/10 times I bet that you will just say "THANK YOU!" like we did.  In short, this company was just 100% wonderful and I absolutely recommend them!

They're pretty good. My question is, why do I have to have them come back a year later. My husband says it is our house settling. The price is good. Their response was wonderful. Very professional. The only problem I had was the laborer had to go out every 20 minutes to have a cigarette. That's okay, he was a good laborer.

It was great work, but very pricey, they really got in the cracks and cleaned.

Amazing! Excellent job done! My kitchen looks like it has brand new tiles. My bathrooms were able to be done on the same day as my estimate. Very punctual. Amir is extremely accommodating and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to revamp their existing tiles.
