Right from the start I was comfortable, confident and impressed with David's (owner/operator) expertise, attention to detail and methodical analysis of my property's needs in his design of my system. He took his time with that as well as his detailed explanation of his proposal. He definitely impressed me as being more thorough that the other contractors I dealt with. David was also easy to contact and generous with his time when I had additional questions and concerns after the initial meeting. 
One advantage of David's design is his incorporation of an outdoor control box, which allows Sprinkl-Rite's technicians to do all service and repairs without ever needing to enter the residence or for the homeowner to be present - a big plus. While the cost for the system was higher than the competition, my goal was to install the best possible system available along with top quality service to maintain it. You get what you pay for and "cheapest" was not my goal.
David and his staff are great to work with and I am thrilled with the entire process, I know I have the finest possible irrigation system and the company to back it up. I highly recommend you use David and Sprinkl-Rite if you want the same.

His name was David. They were the greatest. They could sprinkle the Sahara Desert. My landscaper broke one of the hoses. I called them and the lady said somebody would come the next day to fix it. The guy came and I didn't even know it and they called and told me it was fixed. They fixed the hole and everything for free. They said they offer warranty for one year and I told them that my gardener broke it and they said that I could take advantage of the warranty. It was very nice. My wife wanted more sprinklers, the rain sensor and the works. They said that I didn't need to pay for it. They were very honest and very nice. They were fantastic. They didn't do the work initially when I wanted it done because I had new sod and they said that with new sod, they had to wait for 8 weeks to do the installation.

Full sprinkle system re design and installation. After installing the pool on the back yard we needed to redo the whole sprinkle system. David came with his expertise and patient listening skills. The job was performed perfectly. A few days later our landscaper accidentally pierced one of the lines. I called Sprinkle-Rite and they sent somebody ASAP to fix it for...free! We got a top of the line system, plus specialized irrigation for our Leyland Cypresses, rain sensors, a water line all the way to the back of the pool, and four little yard faucets for covenience. The lady answering the phones is great too, she remembers my name, preferences, particulars and stats. I call all these: PROFESSIONALISM ! Location: Manhasset Hills. Yard: 11,000 feet. Time to install: 2 days. Satisfaction: 110%

I don’t remember there being any issues.  They just did fine.  It was a short service and I don’t remember anything outstanding about it.  We chose them because they were the closest to us and they were local.  I didn’t shop around so I really don’t have a lot of knowledge about the price.  I just knew I had to do it and I was satisfied.  I would normally remember if they did a great job or a horrible job, so they were in the middle and they were fine.

They are technically competent. They are really excellent.
