Huge rip off. Nothing but a fraud. Charged $1350 for soemthing that costs $125 and provided incorrect part number. Never Never do business with them.

Avoid this company at all cost! This business is a nightmare!!!! Don’t ever use their service - you will get the opposite. The repairman, whose name is ‘Guy’ came and checked the fridge. In less than a minute, he had a diagnosis. The compressor needs to be replaced and he charges $1,200.00 for it. In the interest of time, I told him to go ahead and fixed and I paid the fees. After a few days, we noticed that the fridge wasn’t automatically defrosting. I called him and he came the next day. He was now saying that the compressor was not communicating with the unit, that he ordered the part already and that he’s coming back after 2 days. Came that day, a Friday, he said he has a family emergency and could not come. I was getting desperate and was telling him that the fridge completely broke down and is no longer cooling at all. He promised to return Sunday. Came Sunday, he was singing a different tune and told me he had a crazy day and will come the next day instead. He now again sent a text message saying that the part he ordered is not in and that I had to wait until the next day. Meanwhile, our stuff in the fridge are rotting! Just a horrible experience. What a nightmare!

I called Speedy last September. They came several days later and told me I needed a new hinge and required a $125 deposit. After numerous follow up calls they returned with the wrong part. They also improperly reinstalled my built in refrigerator which they had moved. It now is out of balance. Numerous follow up calls went to voice mail, full mailboxes, etc. I finally was able to contact main office and was told the part. Was due in that day. Three weeks later and still nothing.

They come and give a 10 minutes diagnostics and tell you a fix that is ridiculously expensive and you will most likely turn down. But, you have to pay the $125 + tax. Their only wish is that you will not use them and you will pay them that visiting fees of $125 + tax. It is scam, they run through Long Island to scam people money.

I called them at 8 a.m. and by 10 a.m. my refrigerator was fixed. They charged top dollar, but they were here incredibly fast, and with a refrigerator full of rotting food, that's the most important thing. The food in my freezer wasn't frozen and the food in the fridge wasn't cold; the technician knew immediately what the problem was (apparently the heater that defrosts automatically was broken and this was messing up the whole cooling mechanism) and fixed it quickly. I have had this fridge for 10 years, and figured it was time for a new one, which would have cost over $1000. Instead, it was fixed quickly for far less, and the technician assured me that it's a better machine than a new one I could have purchased. I would definitely call these guys again.

My husband said to forget it when he heard the cost of repairing the computer part on our refrigerator's ice maker. I thought that price was a little high too. They did a good job vacuuming our condenser though, so I really had no problem with them. I guess they could lower their prices a little though.

The wall oven would not heat, the repairman came, and then got the oven to work. I used the oven once, that evening, then it would not heat again. The repairman came back told me it would cost $200 more to fix. I refused service because I believed the job was not done right first time, I was assured that I would get $150 refund. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT LIVE UP TO ITS NAME. I WAS TOLD A PLUMBER WOULD BE AT MY HOME A CERTAIN TIME, THE PLUMBER WAS SEVERAL HOURS LATE. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED THE PLUMBER DID NOT CLEAN HIS MESS.

CALLED SPEEDY BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE TO HOME AND I HEARD THEIR SERVICES WERE GOOD. MY WASHER WOULDN'T SPIN LIKE IT SHOULD. THE GUY CAME OUT, TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING, THEN LEFT.

INSTALLED THE WRONG PART;THIS CAUSED ALL MY FOOD TO SPOIL. THEN TWO WEEKS LATER THEY CAME BACK WITH THE PART. THE GARBAGE MAN WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE THE ROTTEN FOOD AWAY. I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE TO HAUL THE FOOD AWAY.
