We have a contract with him and we pay him every month. He is the least of the evils. I’ve been in this house for 2 years and he is not great but he is probably better than the guys that are around here; compared to the guys that I’ve tried. Their responsiveness is not good. Their punctuality with just the regular maintenance every week, they are fine, but if you are talking about something that you want done, especially when you call them, they are bad. Once they are there, they do an okay job.
