I left two phone calls and an email with no response. It has been over a week ang he has not responded and has said nothing. I called Angie's List today to get a refund.

It was excellent. He was very receptive of what I asked him to do. He then did what he thought needed to be done. He was very good.

Scott repaired wall unit which was water damaged from flooding. Replaced shelving and doors which were damaged and warped....Great job...looks like new !

Scott was great. We had great communication and he spent time with us going over every shelf level even moving them after he installed them until we were happy. He was punctual and a professional taking the time satisfy us and make our pantry much more functional.

Everything went fine. They did not charge me more than the $299 Big Deal. I spoke to the gentleman who did the installation. He is a one-man operation. He did a great job. Everything works fine and I would recommend him to members of my family if that is what they needed now that I know that there is someone out there that can do this type of installation. The price was fair. He was right on-time. He did a great job and I would use him again.

It was very good. He was excellent and did his work. It was pretty expensive but not cheap. They were good quality. I’m glad that he did a good job of what I needed. It took a while for them to respond. The responsiveness was after he came to measure and when they were actually installed was longer than I thought. It took a long time to get it.

The service was fine. They did the work and it was great. They were very responsive. After he measured it took about 6 weeks to get the finished product. It was a great experience because the man that came out was fine, knowledgeable and friendly.

This was purchased as an Angie's Deal. Scott immediately sent an email to schedule. He came to my home to measure, which was a short visit. He advised me that the shelves would be shipped to me directly and would arrive within the month and when they arrived I should call him to schedule the installation. When they arrived I called and we made arrangements for the installation. He came out and installed the three shelves which did not take more than about an 1 ½. He was friendly and personable and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the shelves and his service, which I was.

Extremely well. He is very professional and put me at ease right away. I had unusable kitchen drawers that had been broken for a long time. He was able to design me replacements that were affordable and fit right in with my existing cabinets. He went the extra mile which I really appreciated. He was extremely patient and delivered and installed the cabinets when he said he would

I purchased a big deal in May 2014 for 2 slide out shelves for $164, Scott got in touch with me & made an appointment to measure where the 2 shelves were going. Scott came on time, was very pleasant, took his measurements & told me there would be a wait of 4-6 weeks. I was fine with that, A few weeks later Scott called me to tell me one of the shelves came in with a slight crack in it & he didn't want to give me the shelf in that condition, he could come & install the 1 good shelf & the other when it came in, I told him I wasn't in that much of a hurry & could wait, so he would only have to make one trip-(I live over 40 miles from Scott). 2 weeks later I get a phone call that the other shelf was in & we scheduled an appointment for install. Scott arrived on time & went right to work. I was so happy with the quality & how they looked, that I made a deal with Scott to purchase 3 more shelves. Again this process went well & not only did I get what I paid for, Scott made the edges around the shelves an inch higher than he was supposed to-(3" instead of 2", this was important because the higher edge held my items in place better) and he also matched the wood to my cabinets. Once again we were very happy with Scott & his work. Well October came & we called Scott & ordered more shelves, which are in the process of getting made. Scott is a true professional, he explains everything he does, it shows he loves what he does & his prices are very reasonable considering this is a special order product. OH and did I mention how great it is to find things in my cabinets???? No more finding items 5 months after the best buy date because they were stuffed inthe back. everything is neat & easy to find. Big thanks to Scott & Shelf Concepts, anything I need that Scott does, he will be my only phone call & anytime I have company, the first thing I do is show off my easy to reach new pull out shelves.

It went great from start to finish. Very professional. Takes great pride in his work. Definitely worth the cost. He makes it fairly effortless.

Scott was awesome. He was very professional and punctual. Although the job was less involved than what he normally does, he was very accommodating . The wire shelving he put up was exactly what we wanted. He even helped us put up some curtain rods and a house address sign. Very reasonably priced and I would recommend him to anyone.

Scheduling was perfect and he called beforehand. He was delightful and very helpful. He was honest with his talents and capabilities. He treated us and everything fine. He was easy to work with and listened to me. We enjoyed him tremendously, but from a former teacher’s point of view, he should believe in himself and not apologize so much.

We previously bought a big deal from the same company; so they couldn't honor two big deals from the same house.

The provider came to my home to measured the cabinets. About 4-6 weeks later, he came to install the slide-out shelves. He was very professional and provided a quality job. I would highly recommend Shelf Concepts.

Purchased 2 BigDeals, used one and it went well.

They were good. They did the job they said they were going to do and I liked that. They were fine.

Scott had previously built & installed a shallow pull out drawer with 2 raised & attached shallow trays in a bathroom base cabinet; please refer to my January 14, 2014 Angie's List review for 'nuts & bolts' details. This time, Scott made & installed 2 independent shallow glide out drawers for a narrow & deep base kitchen cabinet, where so many things would end up 'shoved in the back of the cabinet & lost forever'. Now everything glides forward on beefy, smooth acting pull outs, & is easily accessed. Once again the fit, finish, workmanship, & installation has been excellent. The incredibly close tolerance measurements, for a true custom, 'always been there,' look remains amazing, & is a testament to Scott's integrity & craftsmanship, which has been exceptional throughout. Without hesitation, I would recommend & hire him again.

He has not been able to come out and do the work yet as the weather has been a mess. But he is wonderful to deal with.

Shelf Concepts came out to give me an estimate. He told me he would give me a price in two days. He gave me a price in two days. He also showed up when he said he was going to show up. He seemed really knowledgeable. He took measurements, even before he got the job, which was good. I double-checked with a couple of other people, and his price is reasonable. He has no problems working on a Saturday to get it done at all. I had emailed him and he emailed me back right away.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He is great.

Communication done primarily via email with timely responses. Appointment times kept and reconfirmed by phone. Initial meet discussed needs, function, and practicality, as well as to measure for what was agreed upon. There was a wait of a few weeks between the initial measuring appointment and installation for fabrication, however the wait was well worth it since everything is custom made for that particular application. The pullout tracks are well designed and operate smoothly; they were installed very securely. The smooth 1/2" finished plywood, white interior base, draws are well crafted and fit measured tolerances like a glove. Scott was extremely courteous & professional throughout, meticulously cleaning up at the end of the installation. It's nice to now just pull the draw forward and have everything within sight and reach. I liked it so much, that I hired Scott on the spot, right after he finished this installation, to measure, build, and install two more pull out draws in a kitchen base cabinet. Again, it'll be a few weeks before these new ones are made and installed, but based on my experience, it's worth it.

Scott came, measured and then presented what he could do under the plan that I purchased. When I asked if he could make them deeper, he went to his van and came in with other types of pull out shelves. I decided what I wanted, we came to a very agreeable cost. He called me approximately 2 weeks later and we scheduled the installation. I am very pleased with his work, and his responsiveness to my ideas. I am thinking of having him come back and measure other cabinets for additional shelves.

Scott was extremely professional in providing his services. He answered messages (through Angie's) promptly and always came when scheduled. He was patient to explain all the aspects of the work and to give me choices which he advised upon. I would definitely use him again if I needed more work done.
