 + 1 more.As i said,Richie is the BEST. He showed up when he said he would be here, listened patiently to the whole sequence of events, asked questions, told us what he was going to do before he did it and planned for every contingency. He tried every way possible to avoid having to cut through our ceiling b/c he knew we were so nervous about it. And when there was no other way, he covered the floor, our furniture and then Frank vacuumed the dust as Richie cut to minimize the mess as they went. When he was done with the whole job, they cleaned every area he had worked on. Richie also gave us expert advice on things we should take care of BEFORE they become problems with our bathroom, which we really appreciate. He didn't try to talk us into doing everything at once, but explained to us the best way to proceed to avoid problems in the future. My husband and I are so excited to have found someone so honest, dependable, knowledgeable, talented, conscientious and affordable. He is A++ i am really looking forward to digging out my wish list of things i want done to our house and then calling Richie again! Mary Jane Coughlin-Loss
Description of Work: Richie and Frank came to our rescue big time. We were in total crisis mode after being ripped off by a previous plumber who made the problem much worse and we did not have a usable shower (our only one!) Richie came through for us. He fixed our plumbing problem with our tub which wasn't draining and was leaking through the ceiling of our living room below. He ended up cutting through our ceiling in our living room to access the pipes, made sure that there were no other leaks before closing it up--smart man because there ended up being another leak which he fixed by replacing the tubs assembly/pipes before he closed the ceiling up. He dry walled it, spackled, primed and painted. Our ceiling looked better than it had before he worked on it !! He even touched up a spot on the ceiling nearby where I had gotten blue paint on our white ceiling when i had painted last year.

Description of Work: Replaced flat roof with a sloped roof. Replaced siding -put a new ceiling(sheet rocked,etc.) ceiling was leaking.
