.As i said,Richie is the BEST. He showed up when he said he would be here, listened patiently to the whole sequence of events, asked questions, told us what he was going to do before he did it and planned for every contingency. He tried every way possible to avoid having to cut through our ceiling b/c he knew we were so nervous about it. And when there was no other way, he covered the floor, our furniture and then Frank vacuumed the dust as Richie cut to minimize the mess as they went. When he was done with the whole job, they cleaned every area he had worked on.
Richie also gave us expert advice on things we should take care of BEFORE they become problems with our bathroom, which we really appreciate. He didn't try to talk us into doing everything at once, but explained to us the best way to proceed to avoid problems in the future.
My husband and I are so excited to have found someone so honest, dependable, knowledgeable, talented, conscientious and affordable. He is A++
i am really looking forward to digging out my wish list of things i want done to our house and then calling Richie again!
