Description of Work: Refrigerator stopped operating. We had contract service w/Sears butSears didn't keep appointment. When confronted offerred an appointment two weeks out. All food in the refrigerator was spoilled. Never used company Quik prio, but came same day and knew the problem immediately.

 + -1 moreThe repair man fixed it fast and it works fine. The price included a one year guarantee. I didn't have time to shop around so I don't know if that was a good price or not. One other thing Quick and Speedy are the same company. It says speedy on the receipt.
Description of Work: The refrigerator was just blowing warm air. I called that morning and they came a few hours later. .

 + -1 moreTHEY DID A GREAT JOB AND THEY WERE VERY QUICK ABOUT IT. THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS VERY HONEST AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DID NOT NEED.

 + -1 moreI HAVE A 12 YEAR OLD SUB ZERO REFRIGERATOR. THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE AND IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 6 HOURS TO REPLACE THE MOTORS AND ATTACH THE WIRES. FELT THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THE MOTORS HAD TO BE REPLACED. IT IS RUNNING FINE NOW.
Description of Work: INSTALLED 2 MOTORS IN MY REFRIGERATOR.

 + -1 moreI CALLED HOTPOINT BECAUSE MY KIND OF DISHWASHER WAS ON A RECALL LIST. THEY SENT SUB ZERO OUT TO FIX THE SWITCH ON MY DISHWASHER. THEY RESPONDED ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER I CALLED THEM. THE COMPANY THEY SENT OUT WAS VERY CREDIBLE & INFORMATIVE. THE FEE WAS MINIMAL.
Description of Work: MY DISHWASHER SWITCH WAS REPAIRED.
