PETITE FLORIST

I love them. I called last minute and had specific needs. Our party was in the winter, still, i wanted large bunch of fragrant beautiful colorful fresh flowers and lots of green leaves around on each of the tables in the party hall we rented. She is very pleasant to talk to and gracefully made everything the way i asked. The night of the party many of my guests mentioned how beautiful the tables are set and so fresh and good the smell of the flowers. The prices were great too. I have recommended this special store since then; i still receive compliments for my florist and i whole heartedly recommend them.

when i received a picture of the arrangement that was sent on my behalf thru Petite florist, I took the picture into their store. I showed them what had been delivered. They agreed that the arrangement was not worth the amount that I had paid and that it was not what they had requested. They immediately called the florist who refused to be of any assistance. Once they were off the phone with the florist that was used, they credited me back for all charges. They were very professional and kept apologizing because of the error. I feel that they had my best interests at heart and will have me as a customer again. We have used them for over 20 years and this just solidifies why they are still in business and why I continue to use them.
