You just basically pay and you don't have to worry about it. He's taking care of the service.

We used him right after Super Storm Sandy and my only complaint was that it took so long for it to get done. It even took a while when they got started because they had equipment that broke down and various other things that happened in situations like that, but they eventually got the job done.
