Excellent! National Heating was recommended to us by National Grid. We were originally hesitant since there were no reviews on them but after meeting Waylon a few times, we liked how professional and skilled he sounded. He was patient in answering all my questions and did a thorough job explaining the process. We were a little skeptical of his start date since we didn't think he would get the permit from the town so quickly ( a change in schedule would mean rearranging my work schedule), so we were pleasantly surprised when he and his crew showed up on time as promised. The job took about 3 1/2 days (including the tank abandonment job). Waylon was present during the whole process and ensured the job was going according to our contract. We also had our water heaters replaced, our gas lines increased in size to accommodate the additional gas usage, and new ventilation from boiler room to the outside. After they completed the job, they swept clean all the mess and left our home neat and tidy. From start to finish, National Heating was professional and did an excellent job! We're really happy with their work and highly recommend them!!
