Computer problems can be extremely stressful especially if your desk top is your only internet tool. After I confirmed with my computer manufacturer what my problem even was I decided a repair was warranted. I made a number of calls and felt comfortable immediately with Nassau. Other repair companies told me to just purchase a new computer. The repair was fairly priced and performed in a reasonable period of time. All my important personal pics and files where backed up properly and restored and I could not be happier! What a relief to a very personal and stressful issue. Thank you again Norman!!!
