OVERALL,IT WENT VERY WELL, AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED. THE BATHROOM TOOK LONGER THAN WE WOULD HAVE LIKED, AS IT IS THE ONLY BATHROOM WITH SHOWER AND BATH. WE LIVE IN BELLMORE, AND HAD TO TRAVEL IN TO FLORAL PARK TO SHOWER.  THE WORK CREW WAS KNOWLEGEABLE, NEAT

, AND VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR HOME. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND KENCO DESIGNS, AND WILL HAVE THEM AGAIN, DOWN THE ROAD.

Did a nice job. any concerns I had were mitigated. very satisfied.

I am less than one mile from Kenco and saw that they listed siding as a service. I called them to see if they could do a repair. Their answer....It would be $275 to come to the house, even before the work was done. I said no thank you and called another siding company who came over and fixed it on the spot for $30. Really Kenco???? Have tons of work to do on my home in the future....I'll be skipping them for estimates.....a very out of touch company.

Called Kenco for an estimate for siding and new deck. Kenneth Sullivan, the president of the comany came. I was staying inside with the dog who gets excited with visitors, expecting him to come in after my wife gave him a walk around the house. Instead, he asked my wife what color we wanted, said that he knew everything else he needed, had done a lot of these jobs before , and would go back to the office to put together an estimate for us. spent maybe 10 minutes for a $20,000 - $25,000 job without explaining when asked what kinds of materials would be provided, the process, timing and anything else. He also eyeballed and misjudged the size of the deck to be replaced,which didn't give me great confidence in his eyeballing abilities.

Overall we were pleased with the work. We were not very happy with the time it took to complete the project but I think we just had bad luck with things being put on back order. I think this could have been avoided, however, if the materials were all picked out when the project started. This company's saving grace was Paul,Kencos project manager. He was extremely professional and returned phone calls or emails right away. Jim, the foreman, was also very pleasant to have in the house. He was very friendly and courteous. They always cleaned up at the end of each day. I really wanted to be able to give this company an A.

They were excellent and cleaned up well after completed with the work.

They came out, did a really good job. We would definitely use them again in the future.

THE MEN ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT 7:30 SO DID ALL THE MATERIAL. THEY WENT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY NOT WASTING ANY TIME. THEY WORKED IN AN ORDERLY FASHION MAINTAINING A GOOD WORK ETHIC THROUGH OUT THE DAY. THEY FINISHED ABOUT 5:30, CLEANED UP SO GOOD YOU COULDN'T TELL THEY WERE HERE. THERE WAS A SNAG WITH THE SKY LIGHT BUT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE FLOORS ARE DONE TO PERFECTION. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT AND THE FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED.
