+ -1 moreWe hired Joe Ortado after he had a flood in our home. Without his professional guidance and persistence we would have never been able deal with the intricacies of the insurance claims and numerous requests. Even though we had a small claim, it was treated with the highest consideration. We highly recommend Mr. Ortado.

Overall Joe is the best! We experienced a fire and completely clueless on what to do with our home, the process and insurance. Joe took care of everything and guided us from start to finish. We highly recommend Joe and his team!

Joe and his team took care of ever thing with State Farm Insurance. I would highly recommend Joe and his team to anybody who finds themselves in my situation. I also cant say enough about State Farm Insurance. Thank You both for getting my family back into our home.

+ -1 moreJoe took my case, dragged his feet while helping other clients whom he took on after me, claiming that their cases were more pressing than mine, only to walk off the job with my deposit without having accomplished a thing! He’s a crook - stay away!

Description of Work: Joe Ortado and his team did an outstanding job for me after a fire at my Mom's house. I live across country and there is no way I could have handled this without his help and guidance. It is difficult to find good Public Adjusters, interview them and check references, so I highly recommend Joe. And I have to add that State Farm treated us very well and I'm sure part of that is due to the work Joe did and their experience with each other.
