JG Construction

Over the past several years, as an interior designer, I have worked with JG Construction on many projects. They have helped me bring my vision for a space into reality. They are very easy to work with and, not only are my clients comfortable with them working in their homes, but love their finished project. JG Construction is extremely professional and do outstanding work. I highly recommend them.

I met John last year when he did some work at my sons house. I said I was looking for someone to re-do my bathroom. He gave me an estimate for the labor portion of the job as I was going to supply the tile and plumbing fixtures. Because of the uncertainty of when we could receive delivery of the plumbing and tiles we set an estimate date for the start of the project in the end of April. I kept John appraised of the expected delivery of my supplies and when they arrived we set a start date to begin. John told us that the job would take about 10 days to complete. John showed up on the date set with a crew to to the demolition. Being that the bathroom had plaster walls we expected some mess when demolition started. Things were covered and was very surprised at how clean and well things went with very little dust. John was there everyday to do the work along with his workers. They were very friendly, clean and professional. I had no problem giving them access to our home when we couldn’t be there. As with any job you have you run into some expected changes and that was no problem at all for John to accommodate. As the job progressed John kept us up to date and he was always on schedule. After day 10 the job was completed. I agreed to do the painting and all the walls were prept and ready to paint. My wife and I are beyond satisfied with the job John had done. It came out great. I have to state that if your looking for a professional to do your work John is the person to contact. John also followed up with us to see if all went well and we had nothing but praise for the work he did.

John and his team were professional, polite and very tidy. Work was completed in the time frame specified. Their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. They would bring things to my attention before I even saw them. Each day my house was left spotless despite all the work being done. The crew was very aware of the fact that I have small children running around and made sure they were always safe. You will not be disappointed if you hire them.

John is awesome! I honestly can't say enough good things about him & his team!! His work is really well done - he takes pride in his work and it really shows! He never complained when I added more things to his list of to-dos (even when it was last minute/needed it rushed) and he always made time to do it - whether it was during the day, at night or on the weekend. He's a nice guy, easy to work with, extremely reliable and very fair with pricing. Would absolutely recommend him and already passed his name along with many family and friends for their home needs.

Went great. Unfortunately our first schedule appointment got rained out. Understandable since he was working outside. We then set another mutually convenient time. But I did tell John that I had roofers scheduled to re roof the house, so John made the appointment early so that if we got stuck with rain John would have enough leeway to finish the job. He called the night before and said he would be at the house at 730am. He arrived at that time and finished the overhang with time to spare. He asked if we needed any additional work done and we had him cutout, frame and brace and then set a very heavy farm sink that we were placing in the kitchen. He completed the installation of the farm sink and all I could say was WOW when completed. What a great job. I would highly recommend John and I'm looking forward to having him come back and do some additional work for us.

John is the best! He has a keen eye for projects both in helping you come up with your vision, as well as telling you how to accomplish it, what you're missing, how much it will cost and how long it will take. His crew is trustworthy, friendly, clean and efficient. The quality of the work is top notch and always at a fair price and quote. Happy to provide a more direct referral, so long as it doesn't interfere with JGConstruction being able to continue as my go to guy for additional work.

I purchased the service of a contractor @ 400.00 for 8 hours. Contractor,came saw the attic and told me he will complete the job with his son and gave me a list of the required material. I purchased the material. Work began on May 6th with contractor, his son and friend. [$200.00 for son & $250.00 for friend, plus $400.00 paid to Angies List. When contractor left there were things to be done. He said he would stop by during the week to finish everything. May 9th, text contractor I am home and will be home early on May 12th.Contractor responded he had appt on May 12th but will try. Text contractor on May 11th that I will be home early. Contractor responded, stuck on the job cannot make it. Text contractor May 15 asking for completion date, sharing that the items from the attic are in my room and I needed to put them back. No response! Text contractor May 19th noting that I will not continue to text without a response and that I will reach out to Angies List to get the work completed or a refund for the incomplete work. Contractor responded, noting the actual cost of the job and also noting he could not get there sooner because he has two jobs he must complete by Memorial weekend and was planning to send the friend over.

It was a Great experience! The project took a day to install . Once ,I picked out the door JG Construction picked it up delivered it to my home and installed it . They were courteous and polite and most importantly cleaned up the dust before they left . The keyless entry lock JG Construction recommended is Great and works out perfectly for my family and busy household.

John was extremely responsive. He kept to the schedule, was neat and professional. And he went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend him and hire him for more work in my home.

The job was done In a timely matter. Price was right. The work is professional. The site was left clean. I would definitely hire JG Construction again. I have referred him to friends and they were also very satisfied with his work.

From the beginning, I knew working with John was going to be a great experience. He had wonderful communication, explained things in great detail, and was extremely patient with my many questions. He is very attentive to even the most minute details and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He also made sure his crew respected our home and everything was left clean at the end of the day. They always showed up on time and were very efficient. You can tell that they care about the quality of their work because the end result was absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely be using JG Construction for our next project!

My husband and I were amazed how quick and precise JG construction was. He was trustworthy and honest if he said he would do something it was done. The work took less than a week. JG and the crew arrived on time everyday. Everyday they cleaned and vacuumed the dust before they left my house. The crew made sure they hung a sheet to block the dirt from blowing all over my house. They never left any garbage behind. I am very happy with the work and I would highly recommend JG Construction and will use him again for work that needs to be done in our home.

John the contractor was on time, showed up when he said he would. Price was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. Cleaned up everyday before he left the job. Never left a mess. Made sure I was happy with work before completed.

John and his crew did an awesome job remodeling my small basement/laundry room in about a day and half. He demo'd the old disgusting wood paneling everywhere and installed new drywall, hung some nice cabinets above the washer/dryer and even put a nice granite countertop on top of the front load machines for folding, etc. The workmanship was top notch and John treated my house like it was his. No left over garbage for me to deal with and NO drywall dust everywhere to clean. Highly recommend.
