We had a problem with our bathroom which had one of the fiberglass free standing showers and it was leaking. He did a terrific job, as he solved the problem that no one else could solve. He did seem to know what he was doing and he did it. I had called another company to fix the problem. They didn't do the work, but they gave me his name. So, I got to know about Highland Tile Repair on a referral basis. He was thorough and it took a lot longer than what he was expecting. I was here the whole time which was because of how expensive the problem was and how meticulous he had to be to fix it. He had told me as to what he was expecting that it would be. He spent way more time here than he had anticipated. So, it wasn't a surprise to me when the bill was more. I would use his services in the future too.
