We had a railing that needed to be made custom to our staircase. We called three other companies before we settled on this one. Our staircase was particularly complicated because a and quot;handyman's trickand quot; was inserted in the middle, changing the size and width of some of the stairs. These people really know what they are doing. We went to the showroom and met with the gentleman in charge. He was very professional and spoke to our concerns. He was able to promise us a banister that was both visually appealing and met the proper codes and standards needed. We spent a great deal of money on the railing but within the middle range of the other estimates. They took our preferences and came one month later, as promised. It took them one week to finish and it looks beautiful. I should note, the staircase was done the week after hurricane Sandy and we had no power. They brought their own generators and did what they had to do. The guys were very pleasant and easy to work with. My only gripe about the whole process is that I didn't get to see a drawing or a model of the railing before they put it in. I was very nervous about how it would look in the end. It wasn't easy to visualize everything we decided on as a whole. Overall, it went very well. The railing is beautiful.
