+ -1 moreI have given him the majority of the payments that were agreed upon, but have also had to pay for plumbing upgrades, and materials that were not initially disclosed in the original agreement. He has installed the lighting. I don't have my appliances hooked up or cabinets in my kitchen or bathroom. I have purchased the materials and they are all here, sitting in my apartment, just waiting to be installed and used. Now he's not showing up and not returning my calls. I'm at my wits end. I just want him to finish, give me my keys back, and get out.
Description of Work: I hired him to do kitchen demolition, removing the upper and lower cabinets, sink and faucet, and flooring; install lighting fixtures, outlets; reconnect sink and faucet; purchase and install moisture-resistant sheetrock, finish and paint the entire kitchen; purchase and install soundproofing and flooring; install cabinets; install tiles and grout. I also hired him to do the bathroom, including removing the cabinet, toilet, sink and faucet, and flooring; reconnecting sink, faucet, shower and toilet; install metal studs; install drywall and finish, including painting; level floor and install subfloor and tiles; and install vanity, countertop. I also had him expand an existing closet.
