Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
I have given him the majority of the payments that were agreed upon, but have also had to pay for plumbing upgrades, and materials that were not initially disclosed in the original agreement. He has installed the lighting. I don't have my appliances hooked up or cabinets in my kitchen or bathroom. I have purchased the materials and they are all here, sitting in my apartment, just waiting to be installed and used. Now he's not showing up and not returning my calls. I'm at my wits end. I just want him to finish, give me my keys back, and get out.
