choice flooring

i bought the wood they were hired to install and stain and poly floors...they sent first guy to start floors he proceeded to sand my floors five times, put stain on and took off 4 times....floors had ridges and waves in them....after 5 weeks of this non sense i spoke with the boss, who sent someone else only for him to tell me that he was not able to get all waves out of floor because first guys sander was broken and cause cracks , waves and ridges in my brand new oak floors.....he put staples in some of the boards...owner said all would be taken care of but it was not...second guy who came to finish the job....stained the floor two different colors you can clearly see the difference....boards make cracking noise...and after dealing with repairs from sandy....i have to live with it this way...floors should have been replaced...never use this guy so unprofessional.....workers dont kno what they are doing....they share there space with fiorano tile
