Gary was responsive over the weekend when I had an old leaking hot water tank. A few days later he showed up with the replacement, very professional, did a thorough job at a fair price. Would hire again in a second. Very pleased.

Plumbed kitchen sink - needed new plumber to get working properly
Washer - works fine
Master bath - radiant heat floors have never worked
Family bath - shower has never worked (leaks into kitchen) AND radian heat floors have never worked

Gary has been doing work for me for years. Overall, I like his work and his prices seem fair, but honestly, I don't use anyone else so I can't compare him to others. The only thing that frustrates me about Gary (and I've spoken to him about this with little result) is that he's difficult to reach. In most instances, you leave a voicemail message and he returns your call that evening. If you miss his call, the cycle starts all over and he calls you back the next evening. There's been  improvement lately, with his wife sometimes answering the phone, then calling Gary to let him know you need to speak with him. Overall though, it can be frustrating trying to reach him or make an appointment. He needs to get better at this.

The faucet work and pipe work this company does are both impressive. The people they send out are very nice and they are really experts at what they do. They follow through with the services they are providing you with in a reasonable amount of time. They do not waste time. They get right to the work they are doing and they do it correctly the first time so that you are not having to call them back to alter mistakes or work improperly done.

THIS IS AN EFFICIENT, PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY UNCLOGGED THE DRAIN IN LESS THAN THIRTY MINUTES. THE WORKERS CLEANED UP THEIR CLUTTER BEHIND THEMSELVES. NOW THE TOILET IS RUNNING BETTER THAN EVER.

THE ELBOW PART OF THE PIPES UNDERNEATH THE KITCHEN SINK WAS LEAKING AND I DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. SO WE HIRED THIS COMPANY TO FIX IT AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
