+ 3 moreThey are good and I like them. They just finished our house about a month ago. They call you back right away. The cost of their service is a little high but you will get what you pay for. They do excellent work and they are there on time. They are totally professional.
Description of Work: We used Approved Contracting Bellmore as our contractor. We had major work done on the house. We have two properties and they finished the woodwork at our house and the windows at the other house. They also redid a car port, replaced some doors, did all the windows and did the lighting at our house.

+ -1 moreIt's been six years since the job was completed and the facia of our deck has been rotting for 4. Approved Contracting blames this on the manufacturer's poor materials - but WE didn't buy them. It will now cost us thousands to repair the deck. His plumber, a joke of a sub-contractor, installed our shower body upside down and later had to break the wall to fix it. Electrician also iffy. Tim Green appears to be the nicest man around - until the contract is signed.
Description of Work: Extensive remodel including excavation and foundation. Most work, aside from some crooked walls, was OK. But Tim Green is a salesman. We were specific about what we wanted for our deck, but he didn't want to provide materials which cost more. In the end, we got most of what we wanted, but with very poor materials.
