We got a number of estimates from contractors in the area but did not know about Ammel until a neighbor suggested we call them. We did, and it was the best call we could have made! The work was estimated to take anywhere from 8 to 10 weeks, but they were done in 7! Yes, a week early. We are only waiting for bathroom cabinet adjustments (custom built vanity built by outside company had the wrong size doors, waiting for correct ones), and stair railings (again, an outside company). The outside of the house looks spectacular and gets compliments from neighbors almost daily. The work is top notch. We are getting estimates from painters now and they all comment on how well done the construction is. Ammel works with the same subs on most jobs, and doesn't split time between jobs, when they are on your job, they are ONLY on your job. The workers were always the same crew, always here on
time, if not early, and cleaned up. I mean vacuumed and in some cases mopped. During the construction, we were only out of our house 1 week while the roof was off. I would recommend them, and have already. If we ever have any other work done in the future, Ammel will be our first and only call.
