ALL BORO REFRIGERATION SERVICE

Our fridge wasn’t working so we called All boro to perform an inspection. They charged $150 and said they will get back to us regarding the estimate. 3 days later and countless phone calls later, we still can’t get anyone to call us back, even though they understand that it’s urgent. The customer service is horrible and also has a don’t care at all attitude.

Service was ok, didnt come with a labeled truck ..Appeared in a large van filled with parts...I got the impression they were subcontractors for the company since they had a few receipts for various companies..I thought the price was high??

They came out immediately, told us the problem (we needed a new computer panel) & replaced it the next day. The first technician suggests that we do a cleaning (extra charge) but fails to tell us that without doing so, the new computer panel would be compromised. Within a week, the refrigerator stops cooling. They come out immediately & do the maintenance for no charge. Within a week, the refrigerator stops cooling again and they come out & blow dry the condenser unit (which is caked in ice). Within a week, the fridge stops cooling again and they come out and replace the drain heater at no charge. They ultimately did finish the job at no extra charge and the fridge is working fine.

My Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped cooling. I found the information for Refrigeration Service on the internet, and they claimed to be experts with Sub-Zero's. A repairman from the company examined the appliance and claimed that it needed a new compressor and filter, and proceeded to replace them (as written on their invoice). I called a week later and reported that the appliance was now making loud noises. They came back, claimed to fix the problem, but the noises remained. In May 2009, the appliance stopped working again. I called Refrigeration Service (a woman there was completely unprofessional with me on the phone), and inquired about a warranty on their compressor. I was told that it was only 90 days and therefore no longer applied. I called another service (recommended by Angie's List). That repairman told me that I had been greatly overcharged by Refrigeration Service, that a new filter had NOT been installed (even though I was charged for it), and that the installation of the compressor had been hooked up incorrectly which had caused the current problem.
